I could not be happier with the professionalism, customer service and repair work that Virgo Auto Body performed on my 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid. We experienced a significant scrape on the side of my car and I came across Virgo through Angie's List and I thought I would give them a shot to provide an estimate. I worked with Terry at Virgo and with his 30 year knowledge in the industry he provided a thorough quote and I was confident in his ability. I did, however, want to shop around just to see if his assessment was in line and to see if I could get a better price as any true Angie's List subscriber would!
Turns out Terry's quote was 50% less than what I was seeing elsewhere! The reason for that is that these other shops were recommending additional service that was not necessary in order to complete the job on the vehicle. Terry was very adamant about this and I trusted his judgement.
In the end, the work they did on my car was nothing short of spectacular. The car looks brand new as it was when I picked it up 3 months prior and I could not be happier.
Saving 50% on a job and getting a great result , cannot beat that action!

I wanted to take a moment and express my gratitude and thanks to you and the team at Virgo for the exceptional work on both my mother's and my son's cars recently.
When we first met a few months back we were looking for someone to understand the situation we were in with regards to my son's car, an older model Acura, that he was fully responsible for the repair costs. You took the time to listen and make the right recommendations that netted results that far exceeded our expectations. His car is once again a thing of beauty!
Within the same week as my son's car was being repaired, my mother was in an accident that resulted in extensive damage to her car. As unfortunate and upsetting a situation like this can be we had a hight level of comfort that her car would be repaired without issue. Once again, you and the team at Virgo exceeded our expectations. You helped take this difficult time for my parents and made it a bit easier to handle. Not only was the car repaired expertly, actually looking better than before the accident, I greatly appreciated the care and concern shown to my parents.

Your work was excellent - there's no trace of the damage. As important, you made the whole process about as painless and convenient as it could have been. You were able to take the car on short notice. You had it ready a day earlier than you promised it. I was able to leave the Enterprise rental car with you and drive away in my car. Obviously, it is never fun to deal with the aftermath of an accident, but you made the whole process as painless as possible. Recently, I've had the misfortune of having my vehicle damaged, however, my misfortune has been met with nothing but excellent customer service and remarkable professionalism. The entire process of having my vehicle repaired was an absolute breeze from the moment that I had the initial estimate taken to the day that I picked up the finished product. Not only did the excellent staff make the process easy, the finished product was stunning. My car looked, literally, as if it had just rolled off the showroom floor. The damage that was present when my car was dropped off looked as if it had been erased and the finish of the car looked smooth as glass. I am extremely picky when it comes to my vehicle and everytime I take a vehicle to your establishment it is returned in pristine condition. I came to your shop for an estimate for my damaged bumper, instead of giving an estimate, you gave me an unforgettable gift, while I waited, you repaired my damaged bumper for FREE. The job was so well done that I could not notice where the damage was. What I could not understand is that, it was a pleasure for you to repair the bumper for free for me. Your kindness is in accord with what the bible says in ACT 20:35. There is more happiness in giving than there is in receiving.
