Steps to handling your claim:
1) Submit your claim and Virgo Auto Body estimate to the insurance company.
2) If you will need a rental car, check for coverage at this time.
3) Insurance company will send you for an insurance estimate, or an adjuster will come to see your damaged vehicle.
4) You will receive a copy of the estimate and a check from the insurance company.
5) Call to schedule an appointment to have your vehicle repaired at Virgo Auto Body. We can assist in setting up your rental.
6) Take your vehicle to Virgo Auto Body along with a copy of the insurance estimate for repairs to be completed.
7) Hold on to insurance check. Sign check over to shop when repairs are completed.
