Question:  Am I required to use the shop that the insurance company tells me to use?
Answer:  No, as the vehicle owner, it is your right to choose a state licensed auto body repair facility.  Virgo is licensed by the state of New Jersey.  Our license number is #03307A.

Question:  Does Virgo Auto Body guarantee repairs on my vehicle?
Answer:  Yes, all repairs are guaranteed for as  long as you own your vehicle, including our nationwide lifetime refinish warranty.

Question:  What if the estimates from Virgo Auto Body and the insurance company are different?
Answer:  It is always best to repair the vehicle as per the insurance estimate.  If any additional damage is discovered once the vehicle is disassembled, we will contact the insurance company for any supplemental parts and labor.

Question:  How can I arrange a rental while my vehicle is being repaired?
Answer:  Virgo can arrange for a rental through Enterprise .  They will pick you up at Virgo when you drop off your vehicle.  When repairs are completed, you can leave your Enterprise rental at Virgo for your convenience.

Question:  What services does Virgo Auto Body offer?
Answer:  Virgo is strictly a automotive collision repair shop.  We do not do any custom work, full paint jobs or rust repair.
